Zelma Rose Postlewait Merinar, 89, of Cookeville, Tennessee died December 21, 2020 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center after suffering a massive stroke. Mrs. Merinar loved her family and was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She will be greatly missed. She was a career employee of the Champion Map Corporation and established a successful map store in Orlando, Florida before later working for Rand McNally until her retirement. She was born December 15, 1931 in Martins Ferry, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Clyde Groves Postlewait and Lucille Marling Postlewait. Her family includes her two sons and their wives. Richard & Betty Merinar of Cookeville, and David & Cynthia Merinar of Mountain City, TN, three grandchildren, Jessica Merinar of Rota Spain, Kelsey Merinar of Christiana, TN, and Cody Merinar of McMinnville, TN. and five great grandchildren, Aubrey Kirsch, Gavin Kirsch, and Kaya Kirsch in Rota Spain, Hayden Davis and Blakely Paige in Christiana, TN.
