Wayne Charles Stock

Mr. Wayne Charles Stock, age 64, of Buffalo Valley TN, passed away on Friday, June 15, 2012 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Mr. Stock was born October 25, 1947 in Queens NY to the late Raymond Stock and Violet Feser Stock. Wayne was a veteran of the Vietnam War and was a member of the local VFW and the American Veteran Association. He worked with his hands and could fix or build just about anything. Wayne made is living in construction. Mr. Stock is survived by his wife, Ellen Jane Stock, and six children; Jeff (Coleen) Stock, Wayne Stock Jr., Raymond Stock, Michael Stock, Alex Stock, all of Cookeville and Laura (Virgil) Ashford of Smithville TN. In addition Wayne is survived by three grandchildren; Gabriel Chavez, Selena Chavez, and Bre-ell Thomas, as well as one sister, Wendy (Richard) Jackson of Herkimer NY and many good friends. In addition to his parents, Wayne was preceded in death by one grandchild, Celia Chavez. The family has chosen cremation at Wayne’s request and a memorial service may be planned at a later date.
