Virginia Sinclair

Memorial services for Virginia Leigh Sinclair, age 74 of Sparta, will be at 4 p.m Saturday September 26 at Christpoint Church in Smithville. Pastor Sam Scavo will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday from 3 p.m. until service time at the church. Social distancing and masks are appreciated. Virginia passed away Wednesday September 23, 2020 at NHC of Sparta. She was born February 20, 1946 in Hennepin County, MN to the late Donald Joseph Kosek and Grace Thelma Strand Kosek. Virginia was retired from Fixture World in Cookeville. She was an active supporter of the Cookeville Performing Arts Center (CPAC). She is survived by daughters, Liv Stanger of Cookeville and Virginia "GG" and husband, Allen Moore of Sparta; sisters, Ruth Francis of Manvel, TX, Ann Holbrook, Judy Bohannon, and Joy Lyerly all of Sevierville, TN; her beloved grandchildren, Grace Kay Elizabeth Moore, Kara Isabella Frances Moore, and Cian Alexander Lucas Moore; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Seth Stanger. Memorial contributions may be made to CPAC 10 E.
