Virginia Helen Johnston

Memorial service will be held Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at Dogwood Park. Mrs. Virginia Helen Johnston, age 78, of Allons, TN. died at Cookeville Regional Medical Center on Monday, April 17, 2017. She was born in San Jose, CA. to the late Ralph Stanley Miller and Hilda Rasmusson Miller. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband David Johnston, three brothers Stan, Herbert, and Gail Miller and a grandson David McMillan. She is survived by three daughters Jan Van Lienden of Medford Oregon, Cheryl Johnston of Bon Air Tennessee and Michelle Johnston-Bushy of San Francisco California. One sister Marilyn Miller-Robinson of Oregon; two grandchildren, Christeen Wilson and Ayse Montgomery; three great grandchildren Kortney, Hailey, and Hannah Wilson. Cremation has been chosen per Mrs. Johnston wishes, there are no services scheduled at this time. Dyer funeral home is in charge of arrangements.
