Mr. Tommy Dale Dickens, age 56, of Cookeville, passed away Wednesday afternoon November 27, 2019 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center in Cookeville TN. No services are scheduled. Tommy was born March 4, 1963 to the late Sam and Ruby Dickens. He is survived by his wife Connie Dickens of Cookeville; Daughters Lana (Lance) Jordan of Smithville, Kusten Trobough of Cookeville; and a son Brick Phillips of Cookeville.
