Terry Lynn Ford

A Memorial Service for Terry Lynn Ford, age 46 of Cookeville will be held on Saturday, January 8, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday afternoon, January 8 from 1:00 p.m. until time of the service. Terry passed away on Saturday, January 1, 2011 at the Cumberland House in Crossville. He was born October 31, 1964 in Cookeville to Terry Preston Ford and Pamelia Maxine Polson Ford. Terry was a 1982 graduate of Cookeville High School, a nine-year veteran of the US Navy and was an employee of DACCO in Cookeville. Mr. Ford is survived by his parents, two sisters April Carlile (Tracey) and Windy Kutrich (Cindy Havens) both of Cookeville. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews, Jessica, Shannon, and Ryan Kutrich, Seaira and Skyra Ford and Kaleb, Devon and Serenity Carlile, as well as three great nieces and nephews Maliyah and Kayden Reels and Noen Kutrich. Terry was preceded in death by his grandparents Clifton “Tut” Hayes Ford and Jimmie Lee Ford, and Louis Radford Polson and Edith Pearl Polson. Bro. William W. Stebbins will be conducting the Memorial Service.
