Prayer services for Mr. Trevor "Teddy"� Wayne Spielman, 78 of Cookeville will be held Friday April 13 at 7 p.m. in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Roger Paavola officiating. Graveside services and interment will be held Monday April 16 at 11 a. m. at Evergreen Cemetery in Evergreen, IL. Mr. Spielman"�s family will receive friends Friday from 5 p.m. service time at the funeral home. Mr. Spielman was born March 11, 1934 in Chicago to Mrs. Mildred Louise Seyder Spielman Johnson of Cookeville and the late Joseph A. Spielman Mr. Spielman died suddenly Wednesday morning April 11, 2012 at his home. He was retired from the City of Chicago and of the Lutheran Faith. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Johnson. Survivors, in addition to his mother, include two sisters and brothers-in-law, Gladys Marie & Bill Head of Moss, TN, and Glynis & Melvin Douglas of Baxter; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Freddy & Lucy Johnson of Goodyear, AR and Donald Spielman of Celina; and several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
