Susan L. Eldridge

Funeral Services for Susan Lynn Eldridge, age 58, of Cookeville, will be Wednesday, August 29, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the West Cemetery in the Fairview community. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 28, 2012 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Mrs. Eldridge passed away Sunday, August 26, 2012 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She was born December 10, 1953 in Detroit MI. to Auther Stacy and Rilda Allen Stacy. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Susan is survived by her daughter; Mary Eldridge, of Cookeville, parents Auther and Rilda Stacy, In addition she is survived by sisters; Peggy (Jim) Poston of Coway AR. Charion (Dean) Slocum of Cookeville, grandchild Micah Eldridge, one niece Stephenie (David) Lively; two great nephews and a host of friends and family. Susan was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ann and Auther Stacy Sr, Joe and Della Allen, an aunt; Wanda Stacy Carner, uncles; Bobby Allen, Gerald Allen, Dick Stacy and Bobby Stacy. Pallbearers will be family and friends Bro. Tony Deason will conduct the services.
