MONTEREY-Stephen Eckert passed away Tuesday October 1 at Wyndridge Health and Rehabilitation in Crossville.
A funeral service honoring Stephen will be at 6 p.m. Tuesday October 8 at Horner Funeral Home, located at 203 South Holly Street, Monterey, TN. Visitation with family and friends will be from 4-6 p.m. prior to the funeral on Tuesday. Stephen will be laid to rest with military honors on Wednesday October 9 at 12:30 PM at the East Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, located at 2200 E Governor John Sevier Hwy, Knoxville, TN.
