BAXTER-Mass of Christian burial for Sofia Guerrero Robertson, 90 of Silver Point will be Thursday, August 17 at 1 PM from the Baxter Chapel of Hooper Huddleston Horner Funeral Home with Father Chad Puthoff officiating. Interment will follow in Crest Lawn Cemetery. Mrs. Robertson passed away Friday, August 11, 2017 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born January 8, 1927 in Manila, Philippines to the late Tito Agudelo Guerrero and Maria de Luna. She was a homemaker and lived a full and colorful life. She valued family and friendship which was reflected in her words and actions. She was active in the Filipino community. She attended St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. She enjoyed quilting, croqueting, playing mahjong, cooking for family and family events and get-togethers. We were blessed to know you "Sofie". God be with you. Rest peacefully. We love you. Survivors include husband of 46 years (Married December 19, 1970 in the Philippines) Glenn Robertson of Silver Point, daughters and son-in-law Anicia Britland of Hawaii, Maria Tita Gaerlan of Cookeville, Gilda and Danny Puniesto of Washington State, sons and daughters-in-law Alex and Mercy Gaerlan of Florida, Edgar and Rosetta Robertson of Crestview, FL, 18 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 5 to 8 PM and after 11 AM Thursday at the funeral home.
