Sherron Eddlemon

Memorial services for Sherron Eddlemon, age 66 of Cookeville, were held at 3 p.m. Saturday February 27 at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Pastor Ryan Barnhart officiated. The family received friends Saturday from 2 - 3 p.m. Social distancing and the use of masks were appreciated. Sherron passed away February 25, 2021. She was born July 24, 1954 in Montgomery, AL to the late A.D. and Laconia Veazey Pigg. Sherron was a member of Poplar Grove Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Steve Eddlemon whom she married July 29, 1972; daughters, Kim (Ryan) Barnhart, son, Jeff (Heather) Eddlemon, daughter Brittany (Brandon) Huddleston, all of Cookeville; sister, Sandra Linville of Acworth, GA; sister-in-law, Judy Pigg of Buckhead, GA; grandchildren, Amelia, Molly, and Kathryn Barnhart, Ashlyn and Leah Eddlemon, Tucker, Maggie, and Sawyer Huddleston. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Levi Huddleston and brother, Dennerle Pigg, Sr. Sherron chose cremation and in lieu of flowers, she preferred memorial contributions be made to the ministry Joy from Jesus that was dear to her heart.
