Sandra Kay Howard

Mrs. Sandra Kay (Judd) Howard, age 73, of Overton County Care and Rehab, and formerly of Proffitt Street in Cookeville, passed away Wednesday October 7, 2020 at Overton Co. Care and Rehab. She was born October 25, 1946 in Detroit, Michigan to the late Oren C. Judd & Minnie Avannah (Kinnaird) Judd. Sandra was a member of the Church of Christ. Sandra is survived by (1) daughter: Kimberly Turpin and husband Tim; ( 2 ) sons: Jeremy Howard and wife Chrissy, and Jeffery Howard; (1) sister: Carolyn Thrasher; ( 6 ) grandchildren; Also survived by nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. In addition to her parents, Sandra is preceded in death by her late husband: Dillard Howard. Funeral service for Sandra Howard will be held graveside at Crest Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Cookeville, TN on Saturday October 10, 2020 at 2:00 PM with Bro. Tim Turpin officiating.
