Funeral services for Samuel Brian Simpson age 21, of Cookeville will be held at 5 p.m. on Monday, November 9, 2009, from the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Couch Family Cemetery in Saul KY on Tuesday, November 10 at 10:00 a.m. The family will receive friends on Monday from Noon until time of Service at 5:00 p.m. Sam was a shift manager for Pizza Hut here in Cookeville Sam passed away on Thursday November 5, 2009 at White County Community Hospital. He was born March 13, 1988 in Escondido CA to George Brian Simpson and Kimberly Ann Moore. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, the late George and Dorothy Simpson. He is survived by his parents, one brother; Joshua Simpson of Madison IN; one sister, Abigail Faith Robinson and husband Billy of Willits CA; He is also survived by Mark Simpson and daughter Alex, Karen Sims, her husband Andy and daughter Ava, and Paul Simpson and wife Kelly, and grandparents; Thomas and Wanda Moore of Cookeville and many very close friends. Bro. David Wine will be conducting the Services.
