Ruby Dimple Edmonds

March 2, 1929 — June 16, 2020

Ruby Dimple Edmonds, 91, of Hilham, TN passed away Tuesday June 16, 2020 at Overton County Health and Rehab Center in Livingston. Born March 2, 1929, she was the eldest daughter of the late J.T. Lee and Sibbie Maude Masters Lee of Hilham. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Janice Hall; her late husband of 67 years, James Wesley Edmonds; and her daughter, Deborah Lee Tessaro. Ruby was a member of Heavenly Host Lutheran Church in Cookeville. She always looked forward to the summer, so she could garden and go to the lake and fish. Dale Hollow was a favorite spot to camp and meet with friends. Every year at the annual family reunion at the lake house on Fish Lake in Leavenworth, WA. she would be the first one on the boat or dock and the last one off. She was not a fan of the sun, wind or water, but she did love to fish! Ruby is survived by her daughter, Pamela Sage (Bill); two grandchildren, Randall Sage and Rebecca Sager (Michael); and three great-grandchildren, Makali Thompson (Wil), Tyson Sage, and Seth Ezra Sager all of Wenatchee, WA.. Ruby’s remains will be laid to rest beside her loving husband in the Campground Cemetery in Hilham at a future date. Dyer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements (931)526-7158.
