Ruby Balch

Mrs. Ruby Maxine Balch, age 91, of Cookeville and formerly of Adair County, MO passed away June 2, 2016 at Overton County Health and Rehabilitation Center in Livingston, TN. Interment will be at The Highland Park Cemetery, in Kirksville, Missouri. No services are planned at this time. The family will together, share a celebration of her life. Mrs. Balch was born July 31, 1924 in Adair County, Missouri, to the late Sam Anthony and Ollie Opal Miller Richardson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Sanford Balch; daughter, Phyllis Gene Balch; sisters, Dorothea Montgomery, Virginia Jennings, and Norma Richardson; and brother, Kenneth Richardson. She is survived by her daughter, Janice Kaye Moores of Cookeville; son, Scott Lee Balch of Livingston; granddaughter, Paula Jean LaCommare; great-grandchildren, Shelby Sloane Robinson, and Alexandria Hunter LaCommare, and special nieces Leona Montgomery Galloway, Carolyn Jennings, Donna Kay Casey, Elaine Richardson Lux-Burt, and nephews Gary Jennings, and Kenneth Jennings.
