Ricky Dale Tollett

Funeral Services for Mr. Ricky Dale Tollett, age 57, of Cookeville will be Wednesday, January 21, 2015, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Upper Board Valley Cemetery in White County. The family will receive friends on Wednesday morning, January 21, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until time of service. Mr. Tollett entered into rest Monday, January 19, 2015 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born August 14, 1957 in Cookeville TN to the late Modell Tollett and Helen Short Tollett. He is survived by his mother, Helen Tollett three daughters, Lisa Tollett of Sparta, Racheal Tollett of Livingston and Jessica Tollett of Algood; three sons, Jacob Tollett of Sparta, Jeremey & Ricky Trout both of Cookeville; sisters, Sherry Whisenant of Cookeville, Wanda Key of Cookeville and Judy Jones of Cookeville; brothers, Jerry Tollett of Livingston, Randy & Jeffery Tollett both of Cookeville. He is also survived by five grandchildren and a host of family and friends. Ricky was a humble and kind spirited man. He loved playing his guitar and listening to gospel and country music. Ricky loved being outdoors, fishing, and swimming. He also enjoyed spending time with his family & friends. In addition to his father he was also preceded in death by two grandchildren; Alyssa Binkley & Justin Wood. Bro. Frank Davis will officiate the service.
