Funeral Services for Richard "RICKY" Lee Cusick, III, 26 of Cookeville, Tn. will be Friday, November 8 at 2 P.M. (C.S.T.) at Cookeville Life Church, 2223 North Washington Avenue with Pastor Bobby Davis and Pastor David Corley officiating. Graveside Services and interment will be Saturday, November 9 at 2 P.M. (E.S.T.) at Ironsburg Cemetery in Tellico Plains, Tn. with Pastor Mike Tate officiating. Mr. Cusick died Tuesday evening, November 5, 2013 in Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born July 16, 1987 in Corpus Christi, Texas to Richard Lee Cusick, Jr. and Patricia "PATTY" Dodson Cusick of Cookeville. He attended Cornerstone Middle School in Baxter and Daniel I Academy. He attended Cookeville Life Church. He was a heavy equipment operator with Bauer Foundation at Center Hill Dam at Silver Point, Tn. He loved fishing, hunting and NASCAR. Survivors in addition to his parents include wife of 4 years Bonnie Brannon Cusick (whom he married Sept. 4, 2010 in Tellico Plains); daughters Alisha Ivalee Brannon and Lily Grace Cusick both of Cookeville, sisters Amanda Wright Barlow and Maryann Leftwich both of Bloomington Springs, Tn., brothers Gary Cusick and Josh Cusick both of Bloomington Springs, Cody Dailey of Baxter, Tn., father and mother-in-law Guy and Barbara Brannon of Tellico Plains, sister-in-law Jessica Brannon and a host of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Friday from 12 noon till service time at the church.
