Reba Welch

Reba Welch, 78, of Cookeville, TN passed on Tuesday, August 8, 2023 in Knoxville with her family. She had a passion for travel and loved dancing and music. She loved spending time with her family, gardening and making quilts.

She is preceded in death by her mother and father, Carrie (Price) and Floyd Robinson, sister Lovey, and brothers Benton and Jesse Robinson and fiancé Bert Fry of London, England.

She is survived by her brother Dillard Whitson, daughter Debbie Welch Braeuner (husband Chip), son Mike Welch (wife Melissa), grandchildren Curt Braeuner (wife Crystal), Jennifer Braeuner (husband Billy), Stephanie Braeuner, Mikayla McLaughlin (husband Blake) and Mackenzie Welch, great-grandchildren Ben and Talia Braeuner, nephews John, Jesse II, Keith and Matthew, nieces Julie and Michelle, cousins Opal, Dwight, Lewis, Grover, Dovie and a host of friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 26, 2023 at Dyer Chapel, 798 S Willow Ave, Cookeville, TN 38501 with Pastor Jimmy Anderson officiating. Receiving of Family and Friends from 12p to 2p with Service to follow. Interment Service directly after at Grogan-Robinson-Vickers Cemetery, 5111 Shepardsville Hwy, Bloomington Springs, TN 38545.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Knoxville Botanical Garden and Arboretum.
