Raymond Boles

Willard Raymond Boles, age 80 of Cookeville, passed away Saturday June 10, 2023 at his home. He was born January 6, 1943 in Putnam County, TN.

Raymond was a member of Pleasant Ridge Freewill Baptist Church. He was a former logger and later worked and retired from Cookeville Handle Mill with over 43 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel Boles and Daisy Farley Boles; wife, Frances Alfreda "Freda" Boles; daughter, Linda Faye Boles Allen; and two brothers, Herman and Harold Boles. He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, Tex and Mary Lee Boles; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services and interment will be at 12 p.m. Tuesday June 13 at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery. Bro. Chris Blair will officiate.
