Phillip Watts

COOKEVILLE, TN-Funeral services for Mr. Phillip Thomas Watts, age 61 of Trumann, Arkansas, formerly of Cookeville, will be held Sunday, December 1st at 1:00 p.m. at the Cookeville chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Bro. Harold Walker will officiate. Interment will follow at Crest Lawn Cemetery. His family will receive friends Saturday from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again Sunday from 11:00 until service time at the funeral home. Mr. Watts passed away on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at his home after an extended illness. He was born October 22, 1958 in Cookeville to the late Tom and Marilyn Watts. He was a factory worker, a devoted Pa-Pa and an avid Nascar and UT Vols fan. He is survived by his better half, Belinda Williams; stepson, George Hannah, Jr.; stepdaughter, Cassie Williams; three step grandchildren, all of Trumann; one brother, Mark (Puggs) Watts and wife Donna; a host of nieces and nephews; and a long-time friend, Danny McCormick, all of Cookeville. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Susan Diane Horn. Pallbearers will be family and friends.
