Peggy Coughlin

Mrs. Peggy Lynn Coughlin, age 54 of Cookeville and former resident of Hopatcong, NJ, passed away Thursday, September 10th at TriStar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville. No services are planned. Burial will take place at Morrisonville Cemetery in Morrisonville, IL. She was born August 25, 1961 in Texas City, TX to Eleanor Patricia Balsley Birsner and the late Hubert Junior Birsner. She was a graduate of League City Texas High School. She worked as a beautician for many years in Hopatcong, NJ and has lived in Cookeville for the past 17 years. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her longtime friend and caregiver, Adam Buccilli; sister, Jane Compton and husband Mike of Compton of Taos, New Mexico; and uncle, Stan Balsley and wife Wanda of Monterey, TN.
