Pauline Cook

Pauline Cook, 82, of Cookeville, died Monday, May 21, 2018 at Signature Healthcare-Putnam County in Algood. No services are planned and interment will be in Cookeville City Cemetery at a later date. She was born January 12, 1936 in Norfolk, England to the late Albert George and Hilda Alice Girdlestone Barnes. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband John Cook. She was a retired Administrative Assistant with Wilson Sporting Goods. She has no immediate family but is survived by special friends: Sherron Stanton, Tammy and Hank Guess, Crystal Holt and Krissy Livingston.
