Patricia Yontz

Memorial services for Mrs. Patricia L. Yontz, 78, of Cookeville, will be at 1 pm, Friday November 2, at the Cookeville First Church of the Nazarene with Pastor Kevin Thomas officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 12 noon until service time at the church. Mrs. Yontz died Sunday, October 28, 2012 at her home in Cookeville. She was born August 21, 1934 in Muskegon, MI to the late Warren A. and Wilma Hart McAskill. She was a retired agent in the mortgage banking industry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth McAskill. She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Douglas Yontz, (whom she married January 6, 1957 in Angola, IN); son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Christina Yontz of Salinas, CA; daughter, Denise Yontz of Sparks, NV; two sisters and brother-in-law, Nanci and Dr. Harold Rutherford of Cookeville, and Judi McAskill of Culvert City, CA; three grandchildren, Jessica Crawford, Sara Yontz, and Christopher Yontz; four great-grandchildren, Max Adami, Linnea Adami, Glen Jr. Yontz, and Christina Yontz.
