Patricia Ford

Funeral services for Patricia Nichols Ford, age 82 , of Cookeville, will be Sunday, January 9, 2022 at 3 p.m. at Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home with Pastor Lonnie Davis officiating. Interment will follow at Sand Springs Memorial Cemetery. Rev. Lonnie Davis and Rev. Jason Davis will officiate. Her family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday from 1 pm until service time. Mrs. Ford passed away Friday, January 7 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born March 14, 1939 to the late Hershel and Nanny Finley Nichols. Mrs. Ford was a life long member of Mill Creek Baptist Church where she began playing the piano when she was nine years old. She was a retired associate of Fleetguard after several years of service. She was a longtime member of the former Cookeville Eastern Star Chapter 152 O.E.S. She is survived by a son, Billy Patrick (Marsha) Ford of Cookeville; daughter, Ronda (Sam) Chowaiki of San Francisco, CA; two grandchildren, Resasha (Adam) Van Deven of Cookeville, Omar (Rebecca) Chowaiki of Napa, CA; and three great-grandchildren, Lenny and Sonny Chowaiki and Brayden Van Deven. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Ford, sisters, Evon Kirby, Wilma Smith, Ruth Moss, Joanne Sharp, brother, Troy Nichols.
