Funeral services for Patricia Ann Richards Garrett Winn, age 61 of Monterey, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday November 24 at Horner Funeral Home. Dr. Ronnie Pierce will officiate. Interment will follow at Welch Memorial Cemetery. Her family will receive friends Tuesday from 12 noon until service time. Patricia passed away Thursday November 19, 2020 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She was born March 6, 1959 in Fentress County, TN to the late Hobert and Rosell Stevens Goney. Patricia was a member of the Monterey Worship Center. She is survived by her husband of 8 years, Kenneth Edward Winn; children, Kelly Young and Jason Richards of Crossville; sisters, Glenda (Phillip) Hayes, Rhonda (John) Cunningham, and Dean Wolcott all of Crossville; brothers, David Goney of Crossville and Wendell Goney of Mt. Dora, Fl. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sisters, Bonnie Shelton and Geraldine Goney; brothers, Bernard Goney and Vernon Goney.
