Olinda Luz Rosadio

COOKEVILLE -- Funeral services for Olinda Luz Rosadio, 81, of Sunnyside NY, will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 29, from the chapel of St. Christopher Catholic Church in Jamestown TN. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until time of services on Monday at St. Christopher Catholic Church. Mrs. Rosadio died Thursday, Dec. 25, 2008, In Cookeville Regional Medical Center of Cookeville. She was born Aug. 22, 1927, in Lima Peru to the late Manuel Carillo and Anna Fonseca Carillo. Mrs. Rosadio spent her life serving her family as a mother and homemaker. Her family includes three children, Maritza Rosadio of Sunnyside NY, Enrique Rosadio of Lima Peru and Elena Wunder of Jamestown TN. She is also survived by three brothers: Raul Ramirez, Carlos Aponte, and Isaac Martin: three sisters, Olga Ramirez, Dora Ramirez and Gladys Ramirez: six grandchildren and four great grandchildren In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hector Rosadio, and a daughter, Maria Rosadio. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Father Michael Sweeney will officiate at the services.
