Nonie Stringer

Graveside services and entombment for Nonie Belle Partin Stringer, 72, of Monterey will be Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. (1:00 p.m. EST) at Lynnhurst Cemetery in Knoxville with Bro. Tony Phipps officiating. Mrs. Stringer died Thursday, February 20 at her daughter's residence in Milford, MA after a brief illness. She was born January 7, 1948 in KY to the late Henry Partin and Mildred Partin Lewis. She worked as a surgical technician and enjoyed serving as Scout Master with the Girl Scouts. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Women of the Moose. Mrs. Stringer is survived by two daughters, Milly Mansour of Milford, MA and Deanna Mocke of Hutchinson, KS; three sisters, Zona Reedy, Bobbi Jean Partin-Sterburger and Velma Partin; one brother Henry Dewayne Partin; six grandchildren, Ibrahim, Abdullah, and Ahmed Mansour, Jesica Partin, Kelli Stegman and Shebi Turner; three great grandchildren, Annaliese Stegman, Abel Stegman and Khalil Mansour. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Stringer; and sisters, Shirley Morefield and K.C. Cole.
