Mrs. Ula Pearl "Notie" Bussell

Funeral services for Mrs. (Notie) Ula Pearl Dilldine Bussell, age 95, of Baxter will be held Wednesday, February 17, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel Of Dyer Funeral Home. Family will receive friends Tuesday evening, from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Pleasant View Cemetery. Mrs. Bussell passed away Friday, February 12, 2016 at NHC in Cookeville. She was born on July 4, 1920 in Putnam County to the late Alvin J. Dilldine and Alice Green Dilldine. She enjoyed working at Acme Boot for 31 years before retiring. Her love for growing flowers was evident by her beautiful flower garden. She was a member of Bethlehem Church of Christ, and looked forward to attending church services and visiting with church members weekly. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Notie is survived by her daughter Dean Davis and son Richard (Bud) Bussell; grandchildren, Tonya (Ross) Nash of Baxter, Jammie (Philip) Johnson of Seattle, WA, and Dana (Chad) Campbell of Baxter. Great-grandchildren; Jori and Ryan Nash, Geoffrey and Sam Johnson, Logan and Kennady Campbell. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Hillman Bussell. Pallbearers will be Chad Campbell, Logan Campbell, Kenny Randolph, Chris Randolph, Ross Nash, Ryan Nash and Sam Johnson.
