Mrs. Dorothy Lee Pacheco

Funeral services for Mrs. Dorothy Lee Pacheco, age 77, of Rickman, will be held Friday, June 19, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Algood City Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, June 19, from 11:00 a.m. until time of the service. Dorothy passed away peacefully Monday, June 15, 2015, at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was born December 8, 1937 in Live Oak, Florida to the late Demos D. Johnson and Bertha Bea Williamson. Mrs. Pacheco was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend to many. Her family is convinced she was the best mother and wife in the world. She enjoyed reading, crafting and playing Facebook games. Dorothy was retired from the Civil Service, working in the medical field after serving our country in the United States Army. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Pacheco is survived by her husband, Jose Eloy (Joe) Pacheco; two daughters, Pamela Stamps (husband Allen) of Rickman, Beverly A. Pacheco of Alaska and one son, Tom Pacheco of East Brunswick NJ. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; Brandon Calvin Roberts(wife Michelle), Shayla Rene Myers (husband Matthew), Peter Jesse Pacheco, Salena Lee Larsen, Thomas L. Pacheco Jr., Antonio J. Pacheco, and Nicholas Z. Pacheco. In addition Dorothy was great grandmother to fourteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Pacheco was preceded in death by two sisters; Eva. K. Duncan and Betty M. Martin, two brothers; Henry A. Johnson and Demos D. Johnson Jr. as well as her aunt Ruth. Pallbearers will be family and friends. Bro. Tim Wilson will be conducting the services.
