Mr. Johnny Lynn Chambers

Mr. Johnny Lynn Chambers, age 67, of Cookeville passed away Thursday, July 09, 2015 at Signature Health Care Center. He was born in Byrdstown on April 15, 1948 to the late Carson Chambers and Sarah Booher Chambers. Johnny is survived by one sister, Virgie (husband Tommy) Neal of Cookeville; three brothers, Willie (wife Judy) Chambers of Muncie, IN, Jerry (wife Nancy) Chambers of Algood, Tommy (wife Eva) Chambers of Rickman. He is also survived by two step sons, Johnny (wife Lisa) Hill & Jr.(wife Melissa) Hill. Cremation has been chosen and no services are planned per Mr. Chambers wishes.
