Francis “FRANK” Herbert McCabe, 41 of Cookeville, formerly of Baxter died Monday, May 18, 2020 at his home. No services are planned. He was born April 16, 1979 in Newburgh, New York to the late Frank Lent and Susan McCabe. He was a mechanic and maintenance technician. Survivors include son Nolan McCabe, sister Susan Lent of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, brother Henry Carminati of New York, grandmother Eileen McCabe of Baxter.
