Mr. Dellstrum "Dell" J. Tucker

Mr. Dellstrum “Dell” J. Tucker, age 91, of Silver Point TN, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Bethesda Health Care Center. Mr. Tucker was born September 27, 1924 in Silver Point to Walter Tucker and Muncie Oats Tucker Saddler. Mr. Tucker was a member of the Church of Christ and served his country proudly as a member of the United States Army before working with and retiring as a Supervisor with Beldon Wire Company. Dell is survived by three children; Darlene (husband Everett) Bickel of Silver Point, Darrell (wife Patty) Tucker of Baxter and Duane (wife Brenda) Tucker of Silver Point. In addition Mr. Tucker is survived by six grandchildren; Darrin (Nichole) Bickel, Barry (Valerie) Bickel, Rhonda (Willie) Fisher, Jeff (Lara) Tucker, Amy (Heath) VanWinkle, and April Conner, as well as twenty three great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren. Survivors also include three sisters-in-law, Betty Tucker, Josephine Sadler and Maria Tucker, as well as several Nieces, Nephews and extended family. In addition to his parents, Dell was preceded in death by his wife, Rosa, five brothers; Willard, Dukes, Verbal, Warren and TB Tucker, and three sisters; Dorothy Bozarth, Buna Bozarth, and Ruth Sadler Cook. The family has chosen cremation according to Mr. Tucker’s wishes with a memorial service to be announced at a later date.
