Mike "Footsey" Dunn

A Graveside service for Michael ‘Mike’ Wayne Dunn, also affectionately known as ‘Footsey’, age 53 of Baxter, will be held Wednesday, December 7th at 11 AM at Pleasant View Cemetery. Brother Fabron Nicholson will officiate. Visitation will follow the service at the graveside. Mike died suddenly Friday, December 2, 2016 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born April 15, 1963 in Putnam County, TN to Edith Johnson Dunn and the late Ethry Dariel Dunn. Mike was a lifelong resident of Putnam County and was employed as a roofer. He was a very likable person, had many friends and would do anything for anyone. He was a devoted family man and cared deeply for his late wife, kids and grandchildren. He will be dearly missed. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his wife, Vicki Jackson Dunn, and by daughter, Carrie Jackson. In addition to his mother, he is survived by sons, Adam Dunn (fiance Mandy Montgomery) and Jason Brown; daughter, April Dunn (fiance Jeremy Kirby); grandchildren, Haley Brown, Kaley Langenback, Kyleigh Langenback, Callie Dunn and Brett Netherton; brothers, Terry Dunn and Glenn Dunn and by sister, Tina Dunn Stafford. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
