Mrs. Mary Evelyn Thompson passed away on Friday, November 20, 2009 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center after a brief illness. She and her husband, Edward David Thompson, had lived in Cookeville since March 2009 after moving from Tullahoma. Mrs. Thompson is survived by her husband, Edward D. Thompson, of the home; three sons, Roy Brown of Middleburg FL, Keith Brown of Winter Haven FL, and Eric Brown also of Winter Haven FL. She is also survived by two sisters; Judy Perrotti of Warren PA and Kristie Keeley of Greenville PA. She was preceded in death by her parents, the late Homer Alexander and Pauline Eckler. Mrs. Thompson was a retired Customer Service Representative in the insurance industry. She and her husband Ed had enjoyed many years traveling and camping across America. Her cremated remains will be buried during a committal service at Mill Bank Cemetery, Fredonia Pennsylvania on December 5, 2009 at 11:00 a.m.
