Mark Wilson

Funeral services for Mark Randall Wilson, age 59 of Cookeville, were held at 1 p.m. Friday June 11 at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. Mark's family received friends Thursday from 5 - 8 p.m. and again Friday from 12 noon until service time at the funeral home. Mark passed away suddenly on Sunday June 6, 2021 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born January 5, 1962 in Nashville, TN to the late Louis Randall Wilson, and Eula Bond Wilson Johnson of Moss, TN. Mark was a Desert Storm veteran having served in the US Army. He later served with TN National Guard. He was employed at Stover's Liquidation in Cookeville. Mark enjoyed sports and was an avid NASCAR fan. He was a jokester and always the loudest person in the room. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Theresa Merriman Wilson; sons, Mark (Heather) Wilson of Christiana, TN, Robert Wilson of Murfreesboro, Justin (Carissa) Jones of Cookeville; daughters, Crystal (Daryl) Spada on McMinnville, Bethany Wilson of Lavergne, TN, Heather (Scott) Blanton of Sparta, and Megan (Brandon) Williams of Cookeville; brother, Michael (Tammie) Wilson of Monroe, TN; sisters, Deborah (Eddy) Burnette of Moss, TN, Della Cross of Livingston, and Delilah (Brittany) Patton of Cookeville; and thirteen grandchildren.
