Marcia Farley

Graveside services and interment for Marcia Earlene Farley, age 59, of Cookeville, will be held Thursday August 29 at 1 PM at the Curry's Chapel Cemetery in Jackson County. Rev. Jackie Wheeler will officiate. The family will receive friends immediately following the services at the cemetery. Marcia passed away Monday August 26, 2019 at her home. She was born April 29, 1960 in Jackson County, TN to the late Everette and Lyda Stout Roberts. Marcia was of the Church of Christ faith. She was retired from Adams USA in Cookeville. Marcia loved crafting and tending flowers. She was a loving mother, sister and "Mi Mi" to her grandchildren. She is survived by her companion, Robert Farley; three daughters, Angie Loftis-Taylor, Amber (Kevin Frappier) Loftis, Cassie (Hunter) Shatzer, all of Cookeville; two sisters, Phylis (Michael) Oqendo of Nashville, Janet (Ronnie) Allen of Jackson County, TN; brother, Jimmy Roberts of Jackson County, TN; and seven grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Gary Roberts; and granddaughter, Demetria Cooper. Hooper Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
