Lucille Faron

Graveside services for Mrs. Lucille Sadler Roberts Faron, age 92 of Cookeville, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 1st at Cookeville City Cemetery. Bro. Gary Farris will officiate. Mrs. Faron's family will receive friends on Wednesday from 5p.m. until 8p.m. at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Mrs. Faron died Monday, April 28, 2014 at NHC Cookeville. She was born November 4, 1921 in Putnam Co. TN to the late Sam Edgar and Clara Ann Sutton Sadler. She was a homemaker and member of the Cookeville Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two husbands, R.V. Roberts and Henry Faron; five sisters, Lillian Sadler Helms, Romaine Sadler Helms, Joan Sadler Helms, Ruth Sadler Gaw and Gale Sadler Garnett; and by three brothers, Douglas, Devon and Jerry Sadler. She is survived by a daughter Janet (Adger) Sullivan; two sons, Rev. Bobby (Beulah) Roberts, and Billy (Wilma) Roberts, all of Cookeville; step daughter, Teresa Faron York of Gainesboro; grandchildren, Barry (Sherry) Roberts of Cookeville, Nathan (Barbara) Clouse of Crossville, and Shannon Bean of Cookeville; great grandchildren, Dilana Nicole Clouse, Crecia Marie Clouse, Tyler James Clouse all of Crossville, Kendra Leigh Bean and Sarah Lynn Roberts, step great grandchildren, Kayla (Josh) Cook and Matthew Sparkman (and son Brody) all of Cookeville, sister, Judy Sadler (Larry) Stewart of Michigan; and by brothers Teddy (Debbie) Sadler of Arkansas, and Charles Sadler of Michigan. Lucille's family wishes to thank the staff of NHC, especially the CNAs and Nurses on the 400 Hall, for the wonderful care they gave to her.
