Funeral Services for Lisa Darlene Allison, age 46 of Las Vegas NV, formally of Cookeville TN, will be Sunday August 21, 2011 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Saturday evening, August 20, 2011 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and again on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until time of service. Miss. Allison passed on Tuesday, August 16, 2011 in Las Vegas. She was born December 7, 1964 to Ila Mae Phillips and the late Edward Phillips. Lisa loved helping people and spent her working career as a loving caregiver and as a nurse. Lisa is survived by her daughter Devan Allison Salas and husband Aristotle (Aris)Salas and one granddaughter, Alexa Salas of Las Vegas. She is also survived by a twin sister, Teresa Pass and brother, Jonathon Phillips both of Monterey TN. She leaves behind several aunts, uncles and a host of friends and family. Bro. Frankie Bledsoe will officiate the service with burial following in the Crest Lawn Cemetery.
