Lillian Rohrer

Mrs. Lillian Rohrer, age 87, of Cookeville passed away Sunday, August 14, 2011 at Bethesda Health Care Center of Cookeville. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening, August 17, 2011 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Burial will be held Friday afternoon, August 19, 2011 in the Obion County Memorial Gardens in Union City TN. Mrs. Rohrer was born September 16, 1923 in Union City TN to the late John Bill Rice and Mary Bell Mobbs. She spent her life as a homemaker, loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by two children; John Rohrer and his wife Maretta of Franklin TN, and Ann Kramer and her husband Dwight of Cookeville. Mrs. Rohrer is also survived by ten grandchildren; Amy Kramer of Cookeville, Laura Rhinehart (Michael) of Santa Rosa CA, Kimberly Rivera (Alberto) of Franklin, Jason Kramer (Isa) of Weatherford TX, Jonathan Kramer of Studio City CA, John Rohrer Jr. of Starkville MS, Stephen Rohrer of Lexington KY, and Paul Rohrer, David Rohrer, and Joshua Rohrer of Franklin TN. Lillian was also great-grandmother to nine beautiful children; Destiny, Morgan, India and Anna Rhinehart, Judah and Noah Rivera, Regan, Juliana and Jaedyn Kramer. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Rohrer was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Rohrer.
