-Funeral services for Lewis Howard Billingsley, 77 of Cookeville will be Monday May 7 at 1 P.M. at Cookeville Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston Funeral Home with interment to follow in Crest Lawn Cemetery. Rev. Jack Taylor and Rev. Gary Farris will officiate. Mr. Billingsley died Friday afternoon, May 4, 2012 in Cookeville Regional Medical Center. He was born June 18, 1934 in Putnam County to the late Arthur and Ethel McNabb Billingsley. He was retired owner/operator of Badcock Furniture Store in Warner Robbins, Georgia. He was a member of Cookeville Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by first wife Mary Webb Billingsley, sister, Clara Ella Steakley, brothers J.D. Billingsley and Paul Truman Billingsley,and brother-in-law Jerry Waller. Survivors include wife 24 years Geraldine Waller Steakley Billingsley (whom he married June 25, 1988 in Cookeville), daughter & son-in-law Debra & Randy Graham of Crossville, son & daughter-in-law Steven & Vicki Billingsley of Winter Haven, Fl, Step son and wife Mike & Janice Steakley of Cookeville, two sisters and a brother-in-law,Wilma Jean & Roger Skare of St. Michael, Minnesota, and Illa V. White of Nashville; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Arkley Billingsley of Cookeville, Aaron & Norma Billingsley of Dyersburg, TN, Leonard & Martha Billingsley of Sanford, FL, five grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; and a brother-in-law C.E. "BUD"� Waller of Cookeville. Family will receive friends at Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston Horner Funeral Home Sunday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Monday from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Tracy Steele, Troy Steele, Zack Qualls, Barrett Steakley, Seanaree Albright, Catelyn Steakley, and Ryan Grasty.
