Funeral services for Mrs. Letha Marie Florida, 90 of Cookeville will be held Friday May 6 at 11 a.m. in the Algood Chapel of Hooper-Huddleston & Horner Funeral Home. Interment will follow in the Algood City Cemetery. Rev. Terry Geren and Rev. Rick Burnett will officiate. Mrs. Florida died Wednesday May 4, 2011 in the NHC of Cookeville. She was born October 14, 1920 in Putnam County, Tennessee to the late Bob and Ollie Phillips Rackley. She was a homemaker and a member of Wilhite Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Denver Florida; four sisters, Ova Young, Ada Julian, Alta Goolsby, and Auda. Survivors include her two daughters and sons-in-law, Dianna & Bob Parham and Vivian & Ray Petry; grandson, Kyle Crawford of Algood; and great grandson, Bradley Jewell all of Cookeville. Mrs. Florida"�s family will receive friends Thursday from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
