Lena Sells

Funeral services for Mrs. Lena Sells, 90 of Algood, will be held at 1 pm Monday August 18 at the Algood Family Event Center 124 1st Avenue, Algood, TN with Bro. Johnny Fox officiating. Interment will follow at the Netherland Cemetery in Rickman, TN. The family will receive friends Sunday from 4 – 7pm and again Monday from 11 am until service time. Mrs. Sells died Saturday morning August 16, 2014 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born September 18, 1923 in Clay County, TN the late Vaden and Edna Kirby Daniels. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Sells; daughter, Rosemary Walker; daughter-in-law, Lois Daniels; grandson, Junior Ray Walker; granddaughter, Amanda Marie Daniels; three brothers, Alfred Daniels, JC Daniels, and Paul Daniels; three sisters, Estelle Taylor, Geraldean Davis, and Martha Walker. Mrs. Sells was a member of Sycamore Church of Christ and dearly loved her church family. She was retired from Livingston Shirt Factory and Acme Boot Company in Cookeville. She is survived by her son, Joe Daniels of Baxter; sister, Wilma Riedlinger of Algood; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
