Laura Ann Gardner

BAXTER CHAPEL-Laura Ann Bane Gardner, 40 of Sparta, died Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville. She was born June 30, 1984 in Lebanon, TN.

She was a graduate of Upperman High School in Baxter.

Laura worked at Sam's Club of Cookeville for the past five years in Home Meal solutions. She enjoyed fishing and outdoor activities.

She enjoyed being with family and friends.

Survivors include sons, Lucas Cravens and Noah Gardner both of Sparta; mother, Catherine Watts Bane of Pleasant Hill, TN; sister, Lindsay Bane of Gordonsville; grandmother, Peggy Chapman of Pleasant Hill, TN, and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her father Paul Bane.

A funeral service for Laura will be Sunday, April 13 at 3 PM at the Baxter Chapel of Hooper Huddleston Horner Funeral Home, 532 4th Avenue South, Baxter, TN 38544. The family will receive friends from 1 PM until service time at the funeral home. Elder Stephen Brooks will officiate. After the service, her wishes of cremation are being honored.
