Larry Glass

Graveside services and interment with Military Honors for Mr. Larry Wayne Glass, age 68 of Cookeville, will be held Tuesday December 9 at 1 p.m. at Crest Lawn Cemetery. Chaplin Dr Jim McAfee will officiate. Mr. Glass died Saturday evening December 6, 2014 in Signature Health Care of Putnam County in Algood. Larry was born June 5, 1946 in Anderson, Indiana to Mrs. Clara Corine Johns Glass of Cookeville and the late John Howell Glass. Larry was a self-employed painter and a Veteran with the U. S. Army National Guard. He loved his family and fishing. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Tina Joy Manier. Survivors in addition to his mother include his daughter, Lisa Maria Stanley of Deland, FL; two grandchildren, Marissa and Joshua Stanley; three sisters, and two brothers –in-law, Nancy and Paul Bechtol of Cookeville, Gina Glass of the Dodson Branch Community, and Sandy and Ron Plummer of Gaston, IND; and his former wife, Sharon Mallory of Deland, FL.
