Krystal Kay Sicilia

Ms. Krystal Kay Sicilia, age 53, entered into rest Sunday, August 10, 2014 following an extended battle with cancer. Ms. Sicilia was born February 26, 1961 in Pittsburgh, PA to Terrance Sicilia and the late Barbara Geer. Krystal spent her life serving others and was very faithful in her devotion to God. She was a free spirit, loved 'oldies' and 70's music and enjoyed riding horses, going to church, shopping, dancing and Karaoke. She loved meeting new people and making friends and will be missed by many friends as well as her family. Krystal is survived by three children; Amy Persenico (Anthony Chavez) of Villa Park, IL, Stephen Berger of Louisville, TN, and Christianna (Kacey) Derlinga of Cookeville. In addition Krystal is survived by six loving grandchildren, Michael E., Arturo, Michael A., Alyssa, Jax and Jaiden, as well as two sisters; Gina (Scott) Ellis and Tammy (George) Kuhn, and one brother; Terrence (Tanya) Sicilia, all of Florida. Krystal is also survived by her grandfather Robert (Ruth) Geer as well as her father, Terrence (Karen) Sicilia. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to her mother, Krystal was preceded in death by her grandmother, Della Junge. A memorial service is planned for August 31, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. on Siesta Key Beach, FL.
