Kristina Deann Hernandez

Funeral services for Kristina Deann Hernandez, 25, of Cookeville, will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 21, from the chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. Burial will be in Smyrna Cemetery in Byrdstown. The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday. Ms. Hernandez died Friday, Oct. 16, 2009. She was born February 17, 1984 in Cookeville to Anthony Scott Hernandez and Robin Laraine Lloyd. Ms. Hernandez was a homemaker and of the Pentecostal faith. Her family includes her parents: two children; William Blake and Anthony Gage: One brother, Clifford Thornton and his wife Tiffany of Cookeville: Four sisters, Kolina Hernandez and Katrina Ballard, both of Cookeville; Bonnie Moore and husband Shaun of Cookeville, and Ciara Hernandez of Sparta. She is also survived by her grandmother, Jessie Lloyd of Cookeville, several friends and close family. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Floyd R. Lloyd. Pastor Ron Phillips will officiate at the services
