Kimberly Lynn Hargis Malone

Funeral services for Kimberly Lynn Hargis Malone, 40 of Cookeville will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2009, 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Dyer Funeral Home. The Family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 7, from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. Burial will be in the Union Hill Cemetery in Jackson County. Ms. Malone died Sunday, July 5, 2009 at the Cookeville Regional Medical Center. She was born February 21, 1969 in Gainesboro. Ms. Malone worked as a Workers Comp. Agent for Averitt Express. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Her family includes her parents, Linda Wade of Cookeville and Paul Hargis of Gainesboro; a daughter, Kayla Malone of Cookeville; her step-father, Billy E. Wade of Cookeville; and a sister, Denise Neely of Hollow Rock TN. She is also survived by a very special friend and caregiver, Jeff Goodwin. Kimberly was preceded in death by her brother, Billy Hargis; and her grandparents, Wilson and Pruda Pippin and Fred and Bertie Hargis. Rev. Frank Davis will be officiating the services.
