Ken San Pietro

Kenneth Allen San Pietro, age 63 of Monterey and formerly of Chicago, IL, passed away Saturday December 18, 2021 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. Ken's family will have a visitation for friends and family from 3 - 5 p.m. on Wednesday December 22 at the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston and Horner Funeral Home. He was born June 1, 1958 in Chicago, IL to the late Tony San Pietro and Lorraine Shanholtz San Pietro. Ken was retired from working maintenance in the Cook County Sheriff Dept in Chicago. He moved to Monterey and worked at Lowe's at both the Cookeville and Crossville stores. He was a strong patriotic but loving man with a big heart. He loved his family, his dogs, and food. Ken is survived by his wife Carole San Pietro; daughter, Alicia San Pietro (husband, Quentin Brown) of Chicago, IL; sons, Anthony San Pietro (fiance, Constance Brady) of Antioch, IL, Andrew San Pietro of Phoeniz, AZ; step-children, Teresa Joniak (husband, Dan) of Mt. Juliet, TN, and James Olvera (fiance, Kayla Mathis) of Lebanon; grandchildren, Dean, Johnny, Evelyn Jonaik, Adilian, Annalise Mathis.
