Kathy Pastore

Kathy Rhea Templeton Pastore entered her eternal home in Heaven on October 16, 2022 in Sarasota, Florida.

Born on March 12, 1951 in Cookeville, TN, she was the daughter of the late Eston and Elnora Templeton of Cookeville, TN. Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, David Pastore and three sisters, Wilma, Donna and Wanda. Kathy was a very artistic, creative and strong person who met several adversities in her life with fierce determination. As a skilled writer, she contributed to ­­­­­­­­­many publications and added her artistic flair to everything she accomplished.­­­­­­­­ She was a fun and happy person with many friends and a church family in Sarasota whom she cherished. Kathy loved her neighborhood of Lakeridge Falls and the close neighbors who quickly became her family. She was also an animal lover, demonstrated by her great affection for her beloved kitty, Domino.

Kathy is survived by two sisters, Martha Zimmerle of Hendersonville, TN; Janice Hinton (Bill) of Yantis, TX; and two brothers, David Templeton (Leah) of Baxter, TN and James Templeton of Spring Hill, TN, as well as several nieces and nephews who will miss her dearly.­­­­­­­­­­­­­
