Funeral services for Mrs. Joyce Ann Reels Bowman, age 54, of Gainesboro, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, November 6 in the Cookeville Chapel of Hooper Huddleston Horner Funeral Home with Brother Joe Roberts officiating. Interment will follow at Netherland Cemetery in Overton County. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1 p.m. until service time. Mrs. Bowman passed away suddenly November 3, 2016 at her home in Gainesboro. She was born January 20, 1962 in Landstuhl, Germany to Sharon Maynard Reels of Cookeville and the late James Donald "Tony" Reels. In addition to her mother she is survived by her sister and brother-in-law Kimberly and Chris Roberts of Cookeville. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
